i-Source’s Peoplesoft Application Support Services

We have long been known for our Application Support Services. We are fortunate to have deep customer relationships where we are supporting applications ranging from the age-old, but still popular Peoplesoft to domain-specific solutions like Salesforce’s Veeva for the healthcare sector. But over the last few years, I have noticed a clear change coming into the work we are doing. We are coming into engagements earlier than we used to. In some cases, we are helping clients choose the application best suited to their unique needs. In many of these cases, we also help them implement the chosen solution in their ecosystem. This process almost always includes a process where the new solution overlaps with the new solution, demanding careful management and migration. Over this period, we support the older application as well as work to embed the new application into the operating fabric of the client’s workflows. Once that is done, we get down to hand-holding and support. I’ve been telling my team that it’s time to stop talking about application support services and instead start calling it Application Lifecycle Services.
