Customer Challenge

The Client was using Google Suite as an Email platform inherited from their parent company. G-Suite bundle provided email service and cloud services. Also, they had acquired O365 business subscription to use Microsoft desktop apps for the end-users. Other applications being used included Zoom, Webex, Airtel Audio Bridge, etc. 

This heterogenous technology mix resulted in data leakages, security concerns, technology management challenges, financial overheads, and communication gaps. i-Source was chosen to provide a unified collaboration & communication platform for seamless, risk-free operations.

i-Source Solution

  • i-Source collaborated with the client to adopt MS Office 365 with a suitable subscription plan and Zoom as the audio-visual communication platform.
  • The i-Source on-site team conducted data consolidation exercise from multiple platforms and migrated five hundred users located across India, USA, and UK during the first wave of the pandemic, in difficult WFH scenario with existing on-site i-Source team. Migration was carried across all time zones.
  • The i-Source on-site team also conducted multiple orientation sessions for Client’s staff to help adapt to the change easily and effectively.
  • i-Source achieved the strict migration timeline set at the start of the project, with zero downtime andwithout any data loss.
