As the Chief of Risk Management at i-Source, Swati is responsible for overseeing the company’s risk management strategy and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of information security. She has wide experience in IT Account Management and Information Security Management, having worked with industry leaders such as Tech Mahindra, Persistent, and KPIT Cummins. Swati has a flair for process standardization, optimization, and excellence, and has led the ISO Integrated Management System for ISO 9001:2015,ISO/IEC 27001:2022,ISO/IEC 27701:2019 & ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification journey at i-Source.
