Mohan brings with him rich experience building intellectual property, helping clients of international repute build solutions, and providing business direction in challenging situations. His experience in Electronic and Telecom product design and managing the delivery life cycle in variety of areas such as Financial systems, HPC (High Performance Computing), Digital Signal Processing, commercial software has helped him provide critical insights and valuable inputs to i-Source business decisions. Mohan has worked globally for many Fortune-500 Corporate Houses such as NEC, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and Cabletron in Business Development and leadership roles. He is fluent in Japanese and has a Masters Degree in Engineering.

A technology driven professional with over 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, Harish has extensive experience in transitioning, service delivery management, program & project management and continuous improvement plans for IT Infrastructure Lifecycle Management services. In his previous engagements, Harish has managed software product delivery and has expertise both in business development and operations for Managed Services. Harish’s comfort in interacting with people across hierarchical levels makes him a popular figure in the entire organisation.

Swati brings in a wide range of experience in the space of IT Account Management, Information Security Management from large organizations such as Tech Mahindra, Persistent, KPIT Cummins. She has the unique ability to challenge the status quo and goes relentlessly behind identifying the risks in the processes and systems. Swati has an amazing ability to grasp the end-to-end business process, dependencies and has the ability to articulate the best possible options for improving the execution of projects and initiatives from the customer and organization’s point-of-view. With her flair for process standardization, optimization, and excellence, Swati has contributed to the ISO 27001:2013 journey at i-Source.

Sudhindra with his experience in the field of behavioral training is considered a leading Communication Expert in India. He has successfully conducted training sessions in over 400 organizations that include Engineering Colleges, Management Schools, Software Organizations and individuals across India. He has served as a consultant to various organizations in his earlier assignments, and has been involved in managing, planning, and leading profit-making centers. He won the Best Speaker’s Award at the International CEO Meet in Cochin in September 2003 and was awarded this honor by the former President of India, late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. He is also a certified Spiritual Life Coach from the Cambridge University and has a PhD in Leadership and Training management.

Ajay brings with him vast experience in the manufacturing, and the Services and IT Industry. He has played an instrumental role in bringing on board some of the key clients of i-Source with this “Closer to the Customer” approach. This has also helped i-Source in building strong lasting relations with clients. Ajay’s aggressive positioning that is based on realistic assumptions has been quite helpful in overcoming the competition. He is also actively involved in managing advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion strategies at i-Source. He has delivered many complex and successful Innovative solutions in varied areas like ERP Implementation, Data-Center Design and Deployment, Information Security, PLM Roadmap and Implementation, SharePoint as an Enterprise Enabler etc. and integrating all business critical applications and processes. Vivek has a Computer Science degree, with a Master's in Science and is a certified Green IT/DC professional. His strong background managing large Tier 3 & 4 Data Centre Operations, RIMS, NOC, Middleware support, OS Support, DBA, and Storage Support Engagements have contributed to building Data Centers from scratch . Vivek has led large global IT transformation projects and has a natural flair for managing client as well as, organizational expectations with ease.
