Customer Challenge
The client has deployed a custom-developed, Moodle-based LMS for delivering training, learning courses, and conducting certifications for staff and aspiring professionals on clinical procedures and management processes. The client desired to offer a subscription-based platform for these online courses. However, the client was constrained by high ongoing support costs, and lack of expertise, both functionally as well as technically, and hence was looking for a support partner with industry understanding and wide cross-platform competencies.

The LMS has been integrated with other enterprise systems. We conducted a detailed due diligence to understand the business process mapping, technical architecture, and integration patterns. As a part of our support activities, i-Source conducts periodic process and performance reviews, suggests optimizations, and conducts necessary customizations, error/bug fixing, and necessary configurations. This is an ongoing process. We also keep track of the user and module-level issues and resolve them effectively.
