The client had a complex infrastructure and was facing multiple hurdles such as disparate business processes within and across client businesses (brands/locations), data redundancy across multiple tools, inconsistent data capture from various sources, dependency on error-prone manual data entry, etc.
The existing partner did not have the required expertise to manage these problems, implement additional modules, and support them effectively. This resulted in high cost of support, operational inefficiency, and lack of credible data for further processing.
